To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

HR Manager EMEA(m/f/d)

Location: München, Germany
Company: Sungrow Deutschland GmbH
Start Date: ASAP

Your task:
1. Coordinate and Support with our HR teams in HQ.
2. You are responsible for all-round HR-related issues in Sungrow EMEA. The tasks may include but are not limited to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training & development and offboarding, etc.
3. You are responsible for the holistic recruiting process from job placement to contract negotiation and creation.
4. You ensure effective recruitment and selection and decision-making for all posts in the area of responsibility.
5. You actively work on HR strategies and proactively implement HR goals.
6. You support the executives in the implementation of internal programs, such as Performance Management and salary negotiations.

The ideal candidate should have/be:
1. At least a bachelor degree in business or psychology with majors in business, marketing, HR, or organizational psychology.
2. Advanced recruiting and placement skills, including knowledge of state-of-the art sourcing and data-mining tools/techniques and seasoned networking capabilities.
3. 3+ years of all-round HR working experience.
4. Native Chinese and German-speaking skills and fluency in English.
5. Based in München or willing to relocate to its vicinity.
6. Good communication, problem solving and negotiation skills are expected.
7. Dynamic and self-motivated individuals with the will to succeed and to exceed targets are encouraged to apply.
8. Must be able to work under pressure and be used to work in a fast paced and results / performance driven corporate environment.
9. Ability to think strategically about general recruitment goals, while maintaining strong attention to detail during execution.
