华为招聘Subcontract PO Acceptance Specialist (m/f)


Main Responsibilities:

Receive PO acceptance requests from subcontractor
Check Acceptance items and related document according the delivery plan and items rules and confirm the completeness and accuracy of information
Submit request to next reviewer and contact subcontractor in case any issues found by checking.
Handle and process the work flow regarding to Credit Note, acceptance return, or PR Holding
Cooperate with procurement, regularly review and follow long-term unbilled, long-term unaccepted, long-term unfulfilled PO acceptance issue
follow PO acceptance related IT issue as request
support PO acceptance automation process as project request

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration or relevant experience
Excellent Knowledge in Excel/Power Point/Word
Excellent written and communication skills in German and English.
Self-motivated, cooperative and flexible personality
Strong communication skill and good at team work
Fluent German & English
