Project Assistant (Ticket Center)
Support ensuring the work-order flow between the customer and Huawei project teams to meet key milestones in accordance with time plan and agreed SLAs with minimal risks.
Job location: Dusseldorf
Main Responsibilities:
· Project assistant in SLA and milestone control
· Receive work-order tickets from customer ticket systems
· Update the status of customer work-order tickets, dependent on the progress
· Raise corresponding task tickets to project internal teams according to defined workflow
· Track the status of tasks and corresponding SLAs
· Reporting about SLAs & KPIs
· Escalate if SLA in risks
Requirements:
· Very accurate and efficient working style
· Excellent communication and reporting skills
· Bachelor degree or short before graduation
· English and German fluency is needed
· Experience with Remedy ticketing system is preferred
Project background:
· Pure professional service, in telecom planning and engineering domians
Potential Growth path:
· Project contral manager
· Process super user, be experience expert in some processes
