Sales and deliveryAssistant
Job location: Duesseldorf/Nuremberg
Main Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the PO registration, make related table and report
- Follow up with the PO progress like PO review, invoice issuing
- Work with Huawei hub and logistics team for on-time delivery, manage PO delivery
- Communication with customers directly regarding PO and delivery issue
- Preparation/set up/withdrawal of the workshop/seminar/exhibition
- Assist sales team to book hotel/ticket on behalf of the customer
- Assist sales team to create purchase requirement and arrange invoice paying
Requirements:
Familiar with MS office
- Working in dynamic and fast-pace environment.
- Strong planning and organization skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure,
- Detail oriented.
- Short-time domestic and international travel\
- 6 months+ experience in secretary/administration/sales assistant
- Fluent English.
- Fluent German.
