面试之后过了公司说的两周给消息时间，现在已经三周了，两周刚过的时候打了个电话给技术的头，他说这周末出结果，可是现在还没有。
一般过了公司给的时间，是不是希望就不大了啊？
还可能是些什么情况呢？
