can I apply for university study in Germany?

Sorry that I can not type Chinese, because there is no Chinese input in my computer. I have a question for the study in Germany: My husband is an Ausrian and I am of course a Chinese and we have been working in Germany(Stuttgart) for one year. My Germany Aufenthaltstitel is valid for 5 years. I would like to know that if I am allowed to apply for part-time or full-time study in any university or not, if yes, how? I graduated in China with a bachlor degree in English major, and my German level is around B1-B2. Thank you very much for your helf in advance!

其实你询问一下斯图大学不是更好吗？那里的答案才是最权威的。你情况很少人碰到了。5年居留是啥居留呢？

I think you still need APS if you want to study in Germany.
Beside that your language skill has to be approved, that is,  the test result of either German or english.

hey guys, thanks a lot!
For my 5 years Aufenthaltskarte, I am also a little bit confused about what kind of 居留 it is. On the Aufenthaltskarte it states" Fuer Familienangehoerige enes Unionsbuers", I think It means " for the family members of EU countries citizens" , and also " Erwerbstaetigkeit gestattet" was written by hand on the Karte. So my understanding is that , my visa is a kind of family membrer with work allow??  
For the APS, I have to make it in China, or I can make it in Germany or Austria ?
