The Chuango Security Technology Corporation is founded in 2001 in Fuzhou, China and specializes in wireless smart home technology, ranging from DIY security and home automation to energy and health management systems.

Chuango AloT GmbH, based in Hamburg, Germany, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Chinese Chuango Security Technology Group.  The aim of the new company is to be the European design, support and logistics center and offering its future-oriented intelligent home technology to European clients.  

Duties and Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair broken products

• Document, compile, and report product issues and damages

• Test and analyze devices for improvement, safety, and quality control

• Assist and collaborate with engineers to debug product issues and drawbacks

• Update older electrical systems for changes, cost reductions, improvements, safety, and quality control

Requirements and Qualifications
• Able to understand instructions and communicate effectively

• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

• Experienced in soldering and the use of soldering tools

• Familiar with firmware flashing procedures and flashing software like ST Visual Programmer

• Ability to read electrical schematics and use tools in troubleshooting failures like DC power supplies, Meters, Signal generator, oscilloscope, and TDR machines

• Understand the basic electricals parameters and applications from components datasheets

• Knowledge of safety regulations and restrictions

• Two to Three years of experience as a technician, technician apprentice, or relevant work experience

• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

• Fluent in English
