My accomodation is in Herdern (Händelst. 20), very close to bus & tram station and lose to everything by bike.
The room is available from the 15.08-30.09 (which is when my contract stops).
The room is in a WG shared between me and 5 other people, all nice guys, coming from all over the world. The main language we use is English at the moment because my German is not good, but they all speak German. The room is fully furnished with a bed, a desk, a cupboard, a shelf and a sink. The common areas include the kitchen/living room (two fridges) and two toilets + two bathrooms, so there's no problem whatsoever concerning shower times! All the dishes/pots/curtlery are shared, so no need to bring some! The location of the room is nice as it is ground floor and you have direct access to the 'garden' where people will certainly having barbecues, playing music, volleyball, etc. during summer times!
The only need to get that room is to be an immatriculated student in one University in Germany or abroad, not necessarly from Freiburg.
The rent/month is 290€, there will be extra charges from SWFR (65 euro)
