华为招聘销售管理专员--Dusseldorf

Main Responsibilities:
  •          Trackthe all the opportunities and key actions of NAs to be sure all are beenrecorded in Salesforces system
  •          Trackeach country sending out the Bi-weekly report of Core & Strategic NA
  •          Generatethe Bi-weekly development of each Industry Development department and do thehorse–racing of each department (Order, Revenue, Strategic Target, Key Actions…)
  •          Organizethe monthly meeting between Industry Development department and local offices,review the progress of annual major tasks, key project analysis and knowledgesharing, generate the meeting minutes
  •          Helpto prepare the meeting between Industry Development department and HQ, generatethe meeting minutes
  •         Helpto make the industry knowledge training plan and execute
Requirements:
        Generalrequirements:
  •       Optimistic and initiative,     hard-working, clear thinking, result-oriented, and have motivation to     achieve goals.
  •     Solidarity colleagues; attach     importance to teamwork and team atmosphere; needs strong communication and     collaboration skills; be able to create a positive working atmosphere.
Experience
  •      Have experience in the Supply     Chain, Financial Accounting, Business Management, Sales Management and     Delivery Management fields or other related work.
  •      Work experience in the related     fields.
      Language
Excellent English and Chineselanguage skills, both speaking and writing.
