职责描述: - met all customer targets
- lead all communication from and to customer and headquarter regarding quality issues
- support 8D activities
- support APQP activities for new projects
- coordinate problem solving team
- support continues improvement activities
- establish a contact to the customer to understand his requirements and to monitor customers situation, be part of the voice of the customer
- support manufacturing locations in terms of customer audits
- support customer during SOP
- support and on-site support during evaluation of parts
- ensure customer satisfaction with the result of product and services
资格和要求: - technical degree
- automotive background (min.2 years)
- knowledge in VDA standards
- competences in Problem Solving Technics
- ability to build strong relationships
- fluent in English and German
- willingness to travel
语言要求:中文母語、德语英语流利
