Corporate Recruiter

Main Responsibilities:
For our continuously growing business within Germany and Western Europe, we are looking for a proactive, dynamic and friendly Corporate Recruiter. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing the end-to-end recruiting process in close cooperation with the business departments including job briefing, recruiting strategy decision, applicant management, candidate selection and interviewing (phone and face to face)
Conducting and managing contract negotiations in accordance with the directions given by the management and issuing employment contracts
Managing existing as well as exploring new recruiting channels (job boards, agencies / headhunters, internal referral, active sourcing etc) and generating a candidate pipeline both in Germany and international
Attending or facilitating local recruitment events with focus on graduate recruitment
Improving the internal recruitment process as well as designing employer branding activities
Reporting to the management and periodically contacting with stakeholders to ensure quality service and performance of recruitment operational delivery
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in a Recruitment / Staffing / Talent Acquisition role
Advanced recruiting and placement skills, including knowledge of state-of-the art sourcing techniques and seasoned networking capabilities
Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries and operate successfully in an intense business environment
Strong negotiation skills and ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and positive attitude
Ability to identify high potential talents from an international candidate pool
Flexibility and hands-on approach with willingness to travel for job fairs and events
Ability to think strategically about general recruitment goals while maintaining strong attention to detail
Strong MS Office skills (with focus on Excel)
Fluency in English and German, Chinese language skills will be considered a plus
Candidates must be eligible to work within the European Union
