Assistant Contract Commercial Manager

Job Location:

Main Responsibilities:
•        Design commercial solutions for bidding projects;
•        Respond to commercial conditions of tenders and prepare other commercial documents;
•        Calculate project costs and analyze commercial/legal/Delivery risks;
•        Negotiate and review terms and conditions of (both sales and subcontracting) contracts;
•        Support sales and product teams in identifying market opportunities and define appropriate strategy by providing commercial opinion.
•        Risk management for project fulfillment.
•        Handle contract amendments or disputes.

Requirements:
•        Bachelor or higher degree in commerce, trade or law;
•        Experience of working with world leading telecoms business will be very desirable;
•        2 to 3 years experience with bidding commercial activities in a similar environment;
•        Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability present to customer;
•        Project fulfillment risk management background;
•        Good contract and business letter drafting skill;
•        Financial/economic analysis experience is an advantage;
•        Fluent spoken and written in English and Chinese;
•        Candidates must be eligible to work within the EU.
