Sales Operations Assistant (Mitarbeiter(in) im Vertriebsinnendienst) for AsiaPacific (ASPAC) – specifically for China, HongKong, Taiwan and Korea
What will you be doing?
This full-time position within our Sales Operations department is for the region of AsiaPacific. We are seeking an active and energetic employee (m/f), with a talent for organization and communication to be located in our Munich offices for the support of our Sales Team in Asia. This position focuses on the coordination and booking of customer orders with our ERP software SAP both using the SD and the CS-SAP module, invoicing, and following up with customers on the correct and timely shipments and also on accounts receivable. Support tasks like booking revenue correctly and ensuring proper documentation/bookings are also part of the job. This requires working closely with our local Support Engineers and Sales Representative via phone and email.
What do you need?
The ideal candidate will have accomplished a commercial education, enjoys working independently and has good organizational and computer skills. Knowledge in integrated ERP solutions, preferably in the ERP software SAP would be an asset. Moreover, as we need you to be able to communicate well and efficiently with our employees and customers, we require Chinese as a mother tongue and fluent English both written and verbally. It is not required to speak German.
