A double decker bus, beckham, an xfactor winner, a sweaty aging rock star, dancers with umbrellas throwng newspapers e 3 J. X# z+ i+ n% Kverywhere. I guess a good symbol of modern day Britain. I fear our efforts wil 0 f$ ]+ N9 ~! L: ^/ r7 E& ]$ U; Fl always be second class to China. This might show new labour off for what the y are and what they have done to our once great country 6 u. n0 u2 d. Leona sang her heart out on top of a ladder, on top of a bus wh ilst 20 contemporary dancers did their stuff way below. It was just so low key * c: p& `1 ^3 [7 N. Y; {4 v$ \2 }' e8 z relative to what had gone on before it. 　　这儿还有没有人也觉得这次“伦敦8分钟”表演根本就是--恕我直言--垃圾！？Leona 站在那巴士顶上的高架子上唱歌，简直把她的小心肝都给吓破了；同时还有那20来个家伙 在底下伴舞。跟之前的那些表演相比，真是够丢分的了。 　　 　　But oh, our offering at the closing ceremony was embarrassing.A red bus,a ! e8 A! o8 r* i0 s3 o2 Zpop singer, an ageing rocker and an overpaid ball kicker was awful. It will obviously be impossible to rival the spectacular pageant that Beijing provided, but I thought the dancing (if you can call that * Q: ?: n, l, O2 _ @3 S, Z$ k dancing) and the Leona Lewis/Jimmy Page effort was just pitiful. Hopefully, w , B2 q- P- u, D( A3 Z' Le can ditch all this government inspired "Cool Britannia" garbage and present % l- B# V6 f! Well, it wasn"t. It was a t housand, toe-curlingly hideous times worse. Against the dignity, se****sness a . t! This British fiasco was worse than any of them, and even at only eight minutes seemed interminable. No wonder London mayor Boris Johnson looked so uncomfortable beforehand.
