1. Solution Sales Manager B2B (m/f/d)

Permanent employee, Full-time in Düsseldorf



YOUR Responsiblities:


You are responsible for the sales of complex, individually tailored network solutions for customers

You analyze customer needs and, together with our Sales Engineering / Product Manager team, develop technical concepts based on their requirements and ensure communication at all decision-making levels, taking business goals into account and with a view to solution options.

You build long-term, trusting business relationships with all customers and develop a long-term strategy together with the customer and support our account managers in expanding customer relationships.

You actively monitor technological market developments and maintain close contacts with product management to ensure that customer and market feedback is incorporated into the development and standardization of services for the national and international market.

You ensure a permanent and sustainable pipeline development in relation to the network portfolio and its partners as well as the associated achievement of goals.

YOUR PROFILE:


Successfully completed (technical) university degree or vocational training.

At least 5 years of professional experience in key account management and complex ICT solution sales.

In-depth knowledge of network solutions, especially SDN, NaaS, as well as “state-of-the-art” knowledge of current trends in the network environment  

Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructures.

Sales-oriented thinking and acting at a high level as well as confident communication in customer contact

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Chinese, German and English skills, spoken and written.





2. Senior Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Place of work: Düsseldorf



Your Responsibilities:




Analyze product requirements and specifications to develop detailed test plans and test strategies.

Design, develop, and execute various types of test cases, including functional testing, performance testing, compatibility testing, security testing, stress testing, etc.

Use various testing tools and equipment for testing, such as network analyzers, traffic generators, protocol analyzers, etc.

Accurately record test results, create clear defect reports, and track defect fixes and verification.

Work closely with the development team to communicate test results and help resolve identified issues.

Participate in the improvement and optimization of testing processes to improve testing efficiency and quality.

Maintain the test environment and test equipment.

Keep up-to-date with the latest testing technologies and industry standards.

Your profile：


Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or in a related field

At least 3 years of experience in testing routers or network devices

Familiar with various network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, VPN, QoS

Experience with various testing methods and techniques, such as black-box testing, white-box testing and automation testing

Proficient in using various testing tools and equipment, such as Ubuntu, Wireshark, Iperf, Spirent TestCenter, Selenium, Ixchariot

Full working proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.





3. Warehouse Assistant (m/f/d)

Place of work: Düsseldorf

full-time employee



Your Responsibilities:


Handling of inbound and outbound warehouse requirements and status follow up

Inventory of incoming and outgoing goods, as well as monthly warehouse stocktaking

Preparation of inbound and outbound documents

Communicating with freight forwarders on transportation plans and schedules, etc.

Handling of returned goods

Implementation of B2B and B2C inbound and outbound

Other temporary tasks assigned by the logistics team.

Your Profile:


Working experience with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) optimally in the logistics industry

Experience with inland transport and warehousing

Proficiency in office software, especially MS Excel

Very good reading, writing and listening skills in Chinese, German and English.
