Your Tasks

Co-work with HQ shipping department to arrange shipment for customers
Provide product, promotion and pricing information to customer
Maintain and update customer database
Cooperate with RMA and sales team, in order to coordinate the ongoing cases
Actively handle customer complaints and take proper action
Your Profile

Fluent in written and spoken German or English. Chinese language desirable
Ability to work independently and in team
