Dusseldorf – Camel Energy GmbH

Responsibilities
Establish and manage the local logistics and warehouse team at Camel Energy GmbH in Germany.
Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
Plan and implement the overall supply chain and logistic strategy (international and domestic).
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams and determine key supply chain KPIs.
Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
Train and evaluate others and provide constructive feedback on daily operations.
Suggest solutions for process improvements as well as identify and implement solutions promptly.
Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine the best vendors and distributors. Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
Create relationships within the company and with external parties.
Manage sub-supplier development in the Li-ion battery industry.
Onsite product quality management (for both customer and internal)
Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
Qualifications
At least Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, industrial technology, or a related discipline
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
1 - 3 years of warehouse or supply chain management experience.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute deliverables in an occasionally high-pressure environment.
