岗位描述：

• 负责技术方面的沟通，为客户和供应商提供咨询和售前支持
• 根据客户的具体要求，设计并提出解决方案
• 与产品团队和研发团队协同工作，确保客户项目的实施
• 加强客户和服务伙伴的关系
• 领导解决方案项目和其他内部项目（认证、研讨会）
• 协助产品的技术迭代
• 评估风险并调整行动，促进团队内部工作流程的优化
  

职位要求：

• 电气工程自动化、机电一体化、电子学或同等专业的学士学位
• 电动车、汽车或能源领域的售前或解决方案经验是plus
• 了解电动车或充电桩行业，熟悉OCPP协议
• 优秀的市场开发、项目协调能力和良好的客户服务意识
• 沟通能力强，有亲和力和责任感
• 英语流利，任何其他欧洲语言，如德语、法语或西班牙语是一个加分项
  

Job Description:

· Responsible for technical communications, pre-sales support, consulting for customers and suppliers

· Design and present solutions based on specific customer requirements

· Coordinate with product team and R&D team to ensure the implementation of customer projects

· Enhance relationships with customers and service partners

· Lead solution projects and internal projects (certifications, workshops)

· Assist with technical improvements of the products

· Assess risks and adjust mitigation actions, contribute to the optimization of working processes within the team

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics or equivalent

· Pre-sales or solution experience ideally in EV, Automotive or Energy sector

· Knowledge of electrical vehicles or the charging pile industry, familiar with different charging scenarios and OCPP protocol

· Confident and competent behavior in dealing with people of all hierarchical levels in an international environment

· Excellent ability of market development, project coordination and good customer service awareness; Strong responsibility, meticulous and rigorous

· Strong ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, affinity and sense of responsibility

· Fluency in English is a must. Other European languages are a plus
