Responsibility

- Utilize all your in-depth knowledge of automotive repairs and customerservice to resolve technical issues and problems that occur while using theAutel’s products to maintain our business growth potential in Europe

- Develop detailed materials for initial and ongoing and provide trainingprograms on implementation of Autel products for vehicle repairs to regionaldistributors, car dealers or end-users across Europe

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships bypartnering with them and understanding their needs; present and demonstrate ourproducts to customers and make sure they are fully updated

-Collect product requirements and pain-points from clients, deliverAutel’s core value both to existed clients and potential customers by givingprompt feedbacks.

-Assist in product testing and support new product development.

Qualifications

- Proficiency inEnglish, both oral and verbal, proficiency in Chinese and any other Europeanlanguage would be a big plus.

- At least 1 year technical support or training experiences in automotiveindustry with indepth knowledge of diagnostic tools

- Automotive technical maintenance education background, with previousmechanics experiences with certifications would be a plus

- Ability to interact effectively with various personality types at alllevel of organizations.

- Dedicated, resilient, result-oriented with ability to multi task andwork in a rapid paced environment

- Willingness to travel in Europe.
