We are a Chinese Company for electric cars and mobility services, established in 2017. We are a powerful team of like-minded people with different characters and backgrounds, who are working for one single goal: to make new mobility (e-mobility) possible for everybody.

Our headquarter is in the metropolis of Shanghai, China with a European head office in Munich, Germany.

For our European head office in Munich, we are looking for a Legal Compliance Manager (f/m/x), who will be responsible for all relevant topics regarding regulations and European law.

Your responsibilities:
Secure Aiways is compliant with all relevant regulations within all the markets Aiways is in or will enter.
Monitor, inform and secure compliance regarding new or modified regulations in due time.
Manage partners in the markets that are involved in an operational or supportive role towards Aiways.
Draw up sales contracts, warranty descriptions etc.
Manage outside legal support, e. g. law firms.
Your qualifications:
German law degree.
Several years solid experience in similar role.
Fluent English and German, Chinese is a plus.
Familiarity with automotive regulatory environment is a plus.
Familiarity with incident management is a plus.
