TheLogistic Specialist is responsible for lead operations and logistics servicestowards timely and accurate execution and responsible for optimal cost. Accurate and timely initiateand decide on the necessity to create, verify and consolidate documentationthat is needed for custom clearance and for transportation.

Responsibilities

·                Hands on in every aspect of the logistics and warehouse. Admin and operations.

·                Running a swift and smoothfulfillment and logistics operation.

·                Inbound and outboundlogistics operations such as; transportation, inventory control.

·                Secure optimal shippingmethods to meet shipping schedules and requests.

·                Monitor import and export documentsand processes to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

·                Monitor logistics partnersperformance through the development of KPIs and quarterly reviews.

·                Day-to-day management anddevelopment of the team (several part-time workers, several suppliers).

·                Manage reconciliation ofdaily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

·                Act as a resource for peersand team

·                Understand and utilizecontainer-based delivery model to find process improvements and cost savingswithin area of responsibility and/or team

Qualifications

·                                                One or more years of SupplyChain / Warehouse Management / Transportation Management System / CustomClearance experience preferred

·                                                Proficiency in verbal & written English required; Mandarin Chinese a big advantage

·                                                Experienced Microsoft user

·                                                Ability to think criticallyand solve problems quickly and accurately

·                                                Ability to work in a teamoriented, fast-paced and dynamic environment

·                                                Ability to work a flexibleschedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested

·                                                Collaborative workstylerequired to be successful in this role

·        Good interpersonal skills,able to communicate well with both internal and external parties

·        Able to work under stress tomeet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.

·        Bachelor or higher diploma
