Your responsibilities:
You are in charge of monitoring our inventory, placing orders to our suppliers, invoice controlling and stock list maintenance.
You play a key role in the timely ordering of products from manufacturers and suppliers both in Asia and Europe.
You take responsibility for the planning and coordination of the shipment (sea freight & forwarders).
You are the point of contact for our suppliers and forwarders during inbound logistics to our warehouses.
You support our manufacturers and the logistics team in troubleshooting and customs clearance.
You are in regular contact with our logistics team regarding arrival of goods, storage and return to suppliers.
Your profile:
You have completed University degree, ideally with specialisation in International Trade, or similar qualification.
You gained first work experience within this area, ideally in the import sector.
You are comfortable with daily use of Excel and ideally have first experience using ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
You have a strong analytical mindset, good negotiation skills as well as experience interacting with international stakeholders.
You have an independent working style, excellent organizational skills and the motivation to grow within the company.
You are very fluent in English and have strong communication skills; fluency in Chinese or German are a plus.
