Your responsibilities
Support the supervision of the Chinese Customer Service Center in China, including TP team for TMall
Documentation and optimization of Customer Services processes
Quality assurance to ensure compliance with processes and service levels
Professional handling of complicated customer enquiries and high escalated complaint in cooperation with internal departments
Analysis of customer contacts for detecting and resolving pain points in consultation with internal departments
Preparation and revising of text templates for Customer Service, as well as translation of e.g. group processes, regulation, etc. into Chinese language
Taking over reporting tasks

Your profile
You have a degree in economics/business administration or comparable experience
Prior experience in Customer Service or related fields is a plus
On top of your Chinese Mandarin skills on a native speaker level, you are fluent in English. German is a plus
Good understanding of Chinese Ecommerce market and Chinese customers
Besides being customer-oriented, you have excellent communication skills and love dealing with people
