Responsibilities: 1. Identify market opportunities for IT products; analyze growth areasand market gaps by region and customer type 2. Understand competitive products and gaps in offering; conceptualizeproducts that would be competitively advantaged. 3. Develop business case for new IT products including volume, revenueand profitability estimates based on market, pricing and share assumptions 4. Develop a region wide GTM plan and enable sales with the appropriatetraining and support 5. Drive the development and communications of product definition andsolution plans to optimize the company’s IT portfolio 6. Understand and influence the marketing and sales team 7. Similar experience to Cloud System is preferred

• High-level, out-of-the-box thinking, analytical reasoning and creativeproblem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills: ability to communicatetechnology strategy and architecture approach to engineers, executives, and Huaweicustomers.
• Willingness and ability to work with teams, ability to build relationshipsusing an open and respectful communication and collaboration style.
• Technology leadership skills to include coaching/mentoring, criticalthinking/judgment, facilitation, leading change, and team development.
• Communication skills to include conflict management, negotiation,presentation/demonstration, and written communication.
• Fluency in English.
