Entry Level Position:

* the 1st three months based at your home unit to get a first interview of coatings, next 9 months based at the BASF Coatings headquarters in Muenster to get familiar with the variety of our worldwide company operation

* After your rotation, you will be responsible for developing new ideas for research projects and participating in or managing research and development projects

* PhD or Master degree in engineering disciplines

* Chinese and English, German skills will be considered as a plus
