1. Admin Intern in EMEA HQ OfficeLocation: Munich (On-site)
What we will do:
Essential responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Administrative support for our EMEA HQ Office; Assist with booking and reimbursement processes in EMEA HQ Office.
Acts as a receptionist; answers the telephone and provides information on departmental and procedures as required.
Maintains a variety of files and records in office; files in accordance with established filing system.
Support strategic events and campaigns (e.g. new product launches, Trade shows, media events, community events).
Operates a variety of office equipment including copiers, postage meters, facsimile machines, and computers; input and retrieve data and text; organizes and maintains disk storage and filing.
What You Bring Along:Methods and techniques of word processing.
Principles of business letter writing and basic report preparation.
Modern office procedures, methods and equipment including computers.
Preparing a variety of correspondence and documentation.
Performing a variety of general clerical work.
Operating a variety of office machines including a word processor.
Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Fluency in both English and German.
2. Internship (m/f/d) EMEA MarketingLocation: Munich (On-site)
What You Will Do:Support internal and external communication: planning, creation, implementation and evaluation of different formats (e.g. newsletter, social media postings, events).
Responsibility to own a part of influencer marketing, including exploring and managing relationships and content with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers that aligned with your team.
Organization of internal events, workshops, and meetings (planning, communication, execution, wrap- up) .
Support strategic events and campaigns (e.g. new product launches, Trade shows, media events, community events) .
Support in creating and adapting Marketing documents and presentations around the different Marketing topics such as transformation.
Administrative support for our EMEA HQ Office.
What You Bring Along:If you are someone who thinks out of the box, enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is always one step ahead, then you should join us.
Passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn about the marketing industry and consumer tech.
Fluency in both English and German, with proficiency in at least one other European language being a plus.
Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong team player with the ability to work with a high level of independence and flexibility.
Previous relevant work experience from other internships or professional training is a plus.
Knowledge of marketing funnels, marketing channels, and analysis. Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics is an advantage.
High affinity for analytics and precision is highly appreciated.
