4 Room Apartment in Neu Gilching to be rented with nice surroudings and convenie

We have bought a brand new apartment with 4 rooms, 105 square meters in Neu Gilching(west to Muenchen), five minutes walking distance to S8 Neu Gilching and 25 minutes with S Sabn to Hauptbahnhof. We will get the key next week and the brand new modern kitchen will also be build afterwards. The thing is we have plan to work in other countries earliest July 2012 for two years and for that time we would like to rent it out, for around 1050 kalt+40 euro(tiefgarage)+around 137 nebenkosten(solar energy for warm water). I would like to know if here are somebody interested, otherwise we will go for a agent. If somebody is interested, I will provide more details.
