请教：有人坐过Aeroflot的飞机吗？

请教各位，有没有人听说，或者坐过俄罗斯的航空公司aeroflot的飞机回中国的？

1。 因为从来没有坐过，所以有点不是很放心，到底好吗？是什么样的飞机呢？

2。由于要在莫斯科转机，不会有什么签证之类的问题吧？

You don't need a visa at Moscow Airport. But you have to stay there for several hours and wait for the next plane. You are not allowed to step out of the Russian customs. BTW, their service is not very satisfactory, esp. service in their Zuerich office. There's nearly nobody on the phone (Reservation and Info office).

If your ticket is a round-trip one, you'd better reconfirm it as soon as possible. Be patient if you can't put through their phone.

Terminal 1 C (Get off the S-Bahn, take the lift, go straight according to their instructions, then go upstairs)

Office hours: theoretically every day, but if you want to get some useful info, you have to go there before 11:30 am Mo - Fr, otherwise they might stay somewhere else.
