机械工程师：CAD机械制图经验，Solidworks制图经验

自动控制工程师：具备电路板和芯片开发经验，熟悉Protel软件和C语言为佳

电动机工程师：熟悉微型和中型直线电机的设计

电池能源工程师：对电池和涡轮发电有深入的了解

个人品行良好，团队合作能力高 。有良好的表达与沟通能力。学习成绩优秀，知识面广。热爱研发工作，具有创新能力；有突出的研究或开发成绩和经验。
