德国建筑设计专家：2名

主要负责建筑规划、设计、现场指导监理等工作。

1、
参加过国际某大型节能建筑项目的设计与开发经验，能够实现太阳能热水器、光电遮阳、温屏节能玻璃等节能环保技术与建筑的完美结合；

2、
熟悉世界各类节能环保建筑设计理念，并能进行创新应用；

3、
具有高水准建筑学修养,有高水平的方案设计，能独立完成大型项目的方案创作及施工图设计；

4、
年龄及性别不限；

5、
本科及以上学历，德国建筑学学士以上学位，有中文或英文基础，了解中国文化；

6、
条件从优，根据候选人的经验和能力面议。

As an architectural engineer, you will work for Himin energy-efficient architecture design institute, primarily responsible for supervising the project operation and quality control.

The Person:

Ø
Educational background: Bachelor/Master/Doctor of Architecture

Ø
Nationality: German or people who have studied or worked in Germany for years

Ø
Minimum 3 years work experience in the field of architecture

Ø
Good negotiation and communication skills

Ø
Strong focus on delivery of business results, e.g. technical precision, time schedules，efficient use of resources and agreed deadlines.

Ø
Good written and oral English

Ø
Also desirable is knowledge of the solar industry, green technologies and proficiency in Chinese.
