10月份订的没法改时间，11月份又订了张票，这样1月份要飞个3次，哎，所以特价票也不是啥好事。。。 ...

好像每张票情况不一样的么，我10月份定的汉莎是100欧改日期，不能签转，不能改航程，不可退
