I have bought a laptop in Germany. After the reinstallation I could not read Chinese including Chinese website. What should I do now? Pls help me if you know the solution. Thank you

open control panel>select regional and language options>language>select English, others select Chinese or China. then restart.

打开“控制面板(Control Panel)”中的“区域与语言选项(Regional and Language Options)”，除了"Language"标签下的“Language used in menus and dialogs”选项选English，其它选项一率选China或者Chinese(RPC)。然后重启，就能完美D显示中文了。
