1、Software Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
● Develop, implement and maintain embedded software for our company's EVSE products.
● Collaborate with the hardware design team to ensure that software and hardware are fully integrated.
● Create software designs and specifications that meet the company's requirements.
● Ensure that software meets quality standards, is scalable, reliable and efficient.
● Create and maintain technical documentation, including software requirements, design, and test plans.
● Participate in the product development cycle, from concept to delivery.
Provide technical support to the production team, resolving issues and bugs.
● Work with external partners to ensure software compatibility with third-party systems.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of EVSE embedded software.
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Knowledge of embedded software design and development, including C and C++ programming languages.
● Experience in developing software for real-time systems.
● Familiarity with software development tools, including debuggers, compilers, and integrated development environments (IDEs).
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
● Experience in the automotive or EV industry is a plus, but not required.
● Fresh Bachelor graduates with relevant coursework in embedded software development are welcome to apply.
2、 Logistics Manager
Job Responsibilities:
● Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
● Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
● Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
● Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
● Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
● Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
Job requirements:
● A degree in industrial engineering with a focus on logistics, supply chain management or comparable.
● At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial company.
● International logistics background. Having knowhow about international trading and incoterms. Experienced in dealing with all kinds of transportation such as sea, railway, air.
● Very good ERP (e.g SAP) and MS Office skills.
● Fluent in English, Mandarin. German ( B1 at least) is a must.
● Valid EU-driving license.
● Be a flexible, self-starting and results-oriented individual capable of interfacing with senior executives, key accounts and distributors.
● Strong problem-solving ability. Effectively solve logistics issues.
● Willingness to travel.
3、 Executive Assistant to the CEO (m/f/d)
Job responsibilities:
● Calendar management and organization of internal and external appointments.
● Handling incoming communications, prioritizing messages, and responding to inquiries on behalf of management.
● Booking of travel and accommodation requirements, issuing expense reports.
● Collaboration with other departments to facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment with board initiatives.
● Support in the coordination of internal events.
● Maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date repository of board-related documents.
● Confident and discreet communication with contacts at various levels across and outside the company.
● Contribute to the creation of a motivating and modern corporate culture together with the HR and the administrative team.
Job requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field is preferred.
● Proven experience of 2-3 years in a similar position.
● Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and to work under tight deadlines.
● Demonstrated ability to work independently, and take initiative when needed.
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior executives and board members.
● Proficiency in English, German and Chinese, both written and spoken (C1 level), additional languages would be a plus.
● Excellent Microsoft Office and G-Suite skills.
