Job Title:

Senior Logistics Manager

Your tasks:

• Strategically Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Keep track of stock levels, delivery times, CMR returning, transport costs and efficiency
• To be responsible for budget estimating, control and follow up；
• To ensure good relationship with customers and improve customers satisfaction;
• To define responsibility for team members and reasonable work assignment；
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse handling;
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Complete other tasks assigned by the management
  

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree or above and major supply chain &logistics related；
• at least 5 years working experience as Logistics Management;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills;
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects;
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management
• English as native level, German and Chinese skill will be plus;
