Position 1: HR supervisor

Your tasks:
  • Policy establishment and regularization:
  • Developing recruitment channel and find the right person for the company.
  • Personnel management: Maintain Employees’ master file includes on boarding, probation evaluation, absence management, position movement.
  • KPI evaluation: Supporting HR director to implement KPI evaluation and following up.
  • Administration work such as assets, vehicle, office suppliers management.

Your profile:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR related management.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant administration/ HR experience。
  • Familiar with local labor law and relevant regulation.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, high level of service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Fluency in English and German is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Position 2:
HR Specialist/supervisor
Your tasks:
  • Support HR director and HR Team with the day-to-day administration of all HR functions
  • Support/assistance the management in all organisational and administrative tasks.
  • Participation and support in the recruiting process as well as the onboarding process
  • Prepare and maintain new employee files and process documents of new joining staff.
  • Participation and support in the employee lifecycle from entry to exit, handling of other HR-relevant formalities
  • Administrative tasks in connection with recruitment, transfers, other personnel measures and maintenance in the HR software.
  • Preparation of certificates, employment contracts and references, correspondence with various contacts and authorities
  • Liaise with the Finance department in payroll preparation and reconciliations.
  • Organisation as well as preparation and follow-up of company events, such as summer party, Christmas party, etc.
  • Management of the company cars
  • Submit online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks.
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms.
  • Coordinate training requests and travel arrangements.


Your profile:
  • Completed vocational training with relevant work experience in the same or similar position.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant administration/ HR experience
  • MS Office, MS windows, and HRMS system communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and German is a mandatory requirement for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, high level of service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of responsibility and reliability.
  • Friendly and confident appearance, communicative personality.
  • High self-motivation and result orientation.




Position 3: Accountant
Responsibilities:
  • Administrative work within the finance department.
  • Processing of payment transactions
  • Bank statement and reconciliation.
  • Fixed assets management
  • Supporting monthly closing
  • Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Preparation of the monthly advance turnover tax return.
  • Preparation affiliated companies and intercompany reconciliation.


Job requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business economics or accounting
  • Two years of accounting or financial experiences.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork player. Pro-active, hands-on mentality, convincing, motivated, team player
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced computer skills on ERP and Excel are expected
  • DATEV software is plus.
  • Fluency in English, German. Chinese is preferred.
