Job Responsibilities:

Mainly responsible for the on-site operation and maintenance service at the customer site, 7*24 data center on-site, and completion of on-site maintenance work under the guidance of customer operation and maintenance:

• Fault troubleshooting: follow up the fault requirements issued, upgrade the faults handled by the second line or the manufacturer, supervise the rapid and effective problem solving, coordinate the human support of all parties, and cooperate with the second line in the troubleshooting and program verification;
• Equipment management: effective management of online equipment in the on-site data center, cooperating with second-tier or manufacturers to make meter changes or adjustments to online equipment, which has reached the final needs of customers.
• Equipment inspection: physical environment inspection of all areas of the computer room, including equipment status, PDU status, computer room environment monitoring, etc., responsible for preliminary fault judgment, and promptly notify the second-line engineer if a fault is found. Generate regular records and report as required.
• Emergency response: Provide on-site emergency handling and telephone response services outside of 7*24 working hours.
• Demand management: follow up on customer's on-site needs, connect with third-party suppliers, and coordinate on-site personnel to complete customer needs according to customer requirements and standards. Third-party suppliers include but are not limited to: data center suppliers, server maintenance Suppliers, server equipment delivery.
• Report submission: Continuously summarize and update on-site operation and maintenance experience and submit it to the computer room team leader upon completion. Regular maintenance weekly reports (daily reports & weekly reports).
• Access control: Personnel management and access control of the data center, effectively manage everyone who enters the data center and feedback the data access record report.
  

Job Requirement:

• College degree or above, computer, network engineering, and other related majors;
• Language requirements: Chinese and German or English and German, German must be fluent in communication.
• Have relevant work experience in the data center and Internet enterprise operation and maintenance;
• Relevant work experience in Internet, server, data center, etc. is preferred;
• Have a certain understanding of data center construction, network configuration, server operation, maintenance, Linux operating system, etc.;
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, good communication and coordination skills, and safety awareness.
