Responsibilities

·                Hands on in every aspect of the logistics and warehouse. Admin and operations.

·                Running a swift and smoothfulfillment and logistics operation.

·                Inbound and outboundlogistics operations such as; transportation, inventory control.

·                Secure optimal shippingmethods to meet shipping schedules and requests.

·                Monitor import and exportprocesses to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

·                Monitor logistics partnersperformance through the development of KPIs and quarterly reviews.

·                Day-to-day management anddevelopment of the team (several part-time workers, several suppliers).

Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly,monthly and quarterly reports

Act as a resource for peers and team

Understand and utilize container-baseddelivery model to find process improvements and cost savings within area ofresponsibility and/or team

Ideal set of skills

·   You are pursuing adegree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business or otherbusiness-related field

·   Accuracy and responsibilityare key success to this position

·   Have stronganalytical thinking and skills

·   Fluent in Germany and Chinese  (Englishor can be an advantage)
