Demand Planning Manager CHINA (m/f/d)

Your Mission

• Responsible for the China demand planning for mainly Aptamil milks from short to long term horizon
• Monitor and analyze the China and local market insights, understanding the market dynamics, risks and opportunities
• Facilitate demand review and coordinate with cross-functional and international stakeholders
• Tracking of monthly performance and driving short term corrective actions if needed
• Reporting and continuous improvement of KPIs including KPI tools, analytical methods and processes
• Close collaboration with the colleagues in China and the global operations headquarter in the Netherlands
  

Your Profile

• University Degree in Business Administration
• At least 2 years working experience in Demand Planning or similar preferably in a China cross border e-commerce and a multi-national working environment
• Analytical and data driven with a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and the capability to build good relationship in an intercultural environment
• Challenging mindset and easy to adapt to continuous change
• Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge in SAP-APO-DP is a plus
• Fluent in English and Chinese, German is a plus
