华为招聘Inside Sales Representative (m/f)

Main Responsibilities:
•        Support sales team on daily demands and in daily operations tasks to develop the relationship with potential partners.
•        Provide administrative support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
•        Support with partner onboarding and call out to potential new partners.
•        Follow up calls with partners for events, campaigns, promotions, training, etc.
•        Take initiative to proactive resolve issues of our partners.
•        Support on marketing operations and events. • Accurately enter data into our CRM system (salesforce), support with deal registrations.
•        Midterm: Responsible for small partners and make them grow.
•        Give partners the fully support atmosphere.

Requirements:
•        Familiar with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
•        Self-motivated, proactive, and team oriented personality.
•        Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
•        Strong service orientation, organizational and interpersonal skills (friendly and helpful). •        Previous sales service experience is preferred.
•        Strong problem solving skills, attention to details, abilities to multitask and prioritize tasks.
•        Open mind and ready to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
•        Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
• Mandarin is advantageous but not essential.
•        Candidates must be eligible to work within the European Union.
