某中资收购的德国机械制造企业，目前为配合现有团队供应链管理方面的持续增加的需求，特招聘一位SCM供应链管理方面的优秀人士（Supply Chain Manager）加盟。需要德国高校相关专业毕业，对采购管理，供应链，规划方面有至少3年以上相关经验，最好具备过跨国业务，以及进出口，报关等经验。有相关制造业行业经验，或者熟练掌握ERP（Infor)系统的采购及仓储模块者优先ERP（Infor)系统的采购及仓储模块。同时希望德语英语流利。工作地点位于北威州Eifel地区，待遇良好，工作环境舒适。直接向中方总经理汇报。

Unternehmensbeschreibung
Our client is a construction equipmentmanufacturer located in Eifel area/NRW with over 70 years history. Togetherwith customers, our client constantly develops on new concepts and solutionsfor professional work with diamond tools and equipment. The products are soldin over 40 countries through their own sales and service centers, or throughtrained distributors.
Currently they are looking for an experiencedand motivated Supply Chain Manager which will be responsible for planning;implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy and in order tomaximize efficiency and productivity.

Stellenbeschreibung
Plan and implement theoverall supply chain strategy
Collaborate with Sales,Operations, and Customer Service teams
Determine key supply chain KPIs
Suggest solutions for process improvements
Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
Train and evaluate others
Provide constructive feedback
Work with finance, sales,and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
Build and maintain good relationships with vendors

Qualifikationen
Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for at least 3~4 years
Hands on experience with supply chain management software(ex. ERP Infor)
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skill
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent Chinese, German and English required

Zusätzliche Informationen
The salary depends on the competence and professional experience of the candidate.
The working place is in Eifel area/NRW, Germany.
