However, if there is a chance, learn it. <br>I can not figur out what is that 260 Euro you mean. perhaps the sum of all such fees.<br><br>You mentioned 20,000 RMB is the financial aid which is required from Embassy of Germany, not tuition fee. It is required for ALL FOREIGN students what will study in DE.
