Chinese Talent Days(中国人才日)4月27日和28日在德国科隆

Chinese Talent Days(中国人才日)是由CAMPUS CHINA发起的,旨在为行业杰出雇主及在德优秀学子搭建交流平台、提供需求信息、创造合作机遇的专场招聘活动。该活动针对有意回国以及留在德国发展的中国学者学生所举办,来自汽车制造、咨询、化工制药、信息、电子、能源、工程、快消、物流、机械制造、机电以及旅游业等诸多领域的近八十家企业将与1800多名求职者交流并进行现场宣讲及面试。

Officer, Finance Partner
(Shanghai/China)
Entry Level Position

  • Act as Finance representative to communicate with company/site management, controlling and other functional departments about Finance related affairs.
  • Take ownership of the financial statements and the statutory financial reports.
  • Monitor all Balance sheet accounts and take responsibility to chase relevant parties to solve problem timely and appropriately.
  • Coordinate and support relevant parties in order to ensure the company is fully compliance with BASF group/external guidelines and policies.
  • Stick to local statutory regulation in a good manner, e.g. document printing, voucher filing, account book printing, etc.
  • Support shared service center to complete Group reporting compilation.
  • Responsible for project settlement > EUR 2 million with support of Manager and Expert.
  • Support JV companies on finance processes and accounting treatment, and high level review of financial information.



Assistant Manager, Professional & Specialty Solutions (P&SS)
(Shanghai/China)
Entry Level Position

  • Develop and implement local sales and marketing strategy under the guidance of supervisor.
  • Plan and carry out P&SS area business development plan and archive sales target with the product range of the assigned product(s) in the assigned area
  • Lead and manage sales resources. Establish and maintain close and sustained customer relations based on long term value propositions and creating win-win situation.  
  • Develop and manage distributor/ dealer, explore customer range and business opportunities
  • Develop proposal on sales solutions to customers and ensure marketing strategies are implemented.
  • Collect and prompt feedback of technical and market intelligence, update, maintain and evaluate market trends, the application of products/technical and service needs etc. in order to support identifying new business opportunity.  Conduct initial analysis for local market.
  • Follow up product management, new PSS projects, and manage the technical and commercial training for sales force and customers on PSS business.
  • Implement marketing and sales campaign as scheduled.




Development Engineer for Gearbox
(Beijing)
Entry Level Position

  • Design of new function and new sizes of the gearbox, including lifetime and reliability calculation, etc.
  • Negotiate with customer, clarify the technical requirement and conclude the technical agreement.
  • Modification design based on existing gearbox according to the customer requirements.
  • Technical support sales, manufacturing and purchasing
  • Analyze and solve problems in testing, assembling,machining, etc.

   


GNSS Engineer for Data Evaluation/GNSS数据评估工程师_CC
(Suzhou)
Entry Level Position

  • Preparation of GNSS/correction data and carry out data evaluation with Matlab
  • Qualifications
  • Experienced GNSS engineer
  • Experience in GNSS receiver and antenna
  • Experience in data analysis

PS-CQ-Quality Engineer
(Shanghai)
Entry Level Position
Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限
QB monitors and supports the achievement of all quality requirements of customers, in particularly by:
  • Coordination of compliance with applicable quality standards (eg IATF 16949, customer requirements) from Inquiry (RFQ) until hand-over of the "Project Mass delivery (Review 6) and by engineering/design changes in accordance with PLM.
  • Minimize the risk of producers by ensuring the application of quality preventive methods (FMEA, APQP, etc.) and presentation (methodology) in their creation.
  • Achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Authorized to block products, production assembly lines and equipment until Review 5.
  • At risk of internal/external Q-targets  the QB infroms the affected departments, and/or escalates adequate topics to the management.
  • Customer representative during the product development phase until the start of production.
