Lead Engineer (m/f) - Region China
Job Profile:
■After a training period of 3-12 months in Stockdorf near Munich you will be responsible in China (Shanghai or Changchun location) for at least 3 years for all technical matters both internal and external
■Responsible for the budget and on-time development of the technical solutions in the overall project
■Planning, control and management of internal and external development capacities in coordination with project management and department management
■Active support of the project manager in controlling the development costs
■Request and reconciliation of component specifications internally
■Review of the specifications, coordination with the project manager and sign audited
■Regular check of system and component status for system requirements
■Timely identification of development risks (costs, deadlines, technology) and project management and technical requirements as well as planning and control of countermeasures
Your Profile:
■Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or vehicle technology or plastics engineering or similar
■Several years of international professional experience in development and automotive or supplier industry
■Your knowledge of English meets our international standards and the common PC programs are no problem for you
■Considerable quality and cost awareness, interest in technical relationships and joy of working in partnership with customers and suppliers
■You are characterized by dedication, flexibility and team spirit and are ready to travel
