Position: Project control manager / Project Assistant
Working Experience: 1-2 years
Job Description:
As the owner with responsibility to prepare and implement a project plan, shall arrange for resources to prepare a project integration plan in line with the contract and project characteristics and monitor its implementation. shall ensure that the plan is accurate and is completed on schedule. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop project planning rules and lead the formulation of a project master plan.
Integrate the plans of the Customer, Huawei, and Subcontractor, and ensure the feasibility and alignment of the master plan and supporting plans.
Ensure that professional modules deliver the project according to the project plan and all project progress data is collected in a timely manner.
Regularly monitor project progress, identify issues affecting project progress, and formulate solutions for closed-loop management.
Basic Qualification, Skills & Experience:
- Basic knowledge of the IT infrastructure and Video technology.
- Project management skills in planning / HR / finance and so on.
- Good communication skill for report to internal and external stakeholders. .
- Problem Solving skills and Analysis.
- Teamwork and customer oriented.
- Fluent written or oral English and German is mandatory, Good at Chinses is preferred
