Job Description

HR Data Analysis Specialist (Location: Duesseldorf)

Main Responsibilities:

1 Execution of leased labor recruitment and management

process, from recruitment, daily HR topics to exit management; assist on

process optimization.

2 Collect relevant data from leased labor, including working

hour, leave; and analyze data from different dimension as per requirement.

3 Execution part of the procurement process for leased

labor; ensure all the received invoices are paid out on time.

4 Work with leased labor agency to manage employees’ travel

expense.

5 Assist on cross-function process optimization in terms of leased

labor topics.

6 Work with leased labor agency to coordinate employees’

daily issues.  

7 Assist on daily HR management activities, department events

and business events between Huawei and supplier.

Requirements:

1 Preferred education background in Economics, Business Administration

and Social Science

2 HR related work experience with general finance background

3 Strong data analysis ability and critical thinking ability

4 Able to work under pressure and Multi-task handling

ability

5 Proactive and team player

6 Chinese and English language skill
