Overall Vehicle Testing Engineer (Telematics & Infotainment) Objectives of the Position• Ensure that our vehicles fulfill the company  standards regarding overall vehicle Telematics & Infotainment functions for Chinese customer.  Qualification Required• Education -Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or computer science, and vehicle engineering is a plus• Experience-Graduates with first experience in automotive industry (including internships)-Work experience at OEMs or suppliers for Telematics & Infotainment system development or testing is a plus-Good driving skills-Working experience in international company is a plus.-Longer stay in Germany or abroad (Business or education) is an advantage.• Specific Knowledge-Capable of evaluating Telematics & Infotainment of test vehicles regarding function-Solid Knowledge of vehicle Head Unit or computer system architecture, good knowledge of overall vehicle is a plus-Sensitive for issue detection, root cause analysis and system performance evaluation-Teamwork spirit with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.-Advanced MS Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.-Willingness to travel inside China and foreign countries.-Fluent English and Chinese is mandatory; German language knowledge is an advantage Task Designation• Responsible for Telematics & Infotainment testing process including testing implementation, issue finding, issue analysis, issue tracking and final presentation.• Test drive implementation including vehicle software and hardware update, data logger installation and configuration, test route and test case definition, test drive organization•  Cooperating smoothly with RD center at Daimler AG in Germany and RD China in Beijing, and working closely with other cross-functional departments in BBAC, like QM and Product Engineering.•  Managing Build Conformity Audit to ensure the fulfillment of MB standards for local built MB cars.• Conducting testing with the very first prototypes to ensure the matching up of MB standards with requirements in China.• Adapting and implementing of German testing standards in China
