职位1: 资深渠道零售市场专员 Advanced Specialist Dealer Marketing
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Regions to implement nationwide theme tour events
  • Design various toolbox for Regions to support sales and branding.
  • Participate launch team meeting, make action plans and monitor the implementation

Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with marketing and/or communication subjects as majors
  • Good marketing knowledge and strong project management capability
  • Organized, multi-tasking, proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • At least 3 years marketing experience in multinational companies, ideally with automotive background or premium brands
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel


职位2:资深采购专员(物流方向)Advanced Specialist Indirect Purchasing

Responsibilities:
  • Main commodities: Logistics: Warehousing, Spare Parts Distribution, Customs Clearance, Motorcycles distribution. Internal requestors are Logistics planning functions located in Shenyang, Beijing and in Munich Headquarters.
  • Responsible for the Frame contract management and maintenance of e-application and SAP system.
  • Ensures transparency and compliance of purchasing process in all legal entities.
  • Provide all legal entities over the long term with services at the best possible quality / total cost ratio.
  • Responsible for several commodities of several main-commodities.
  • Influence the procurement of goods and services to achieve the best possible negotiation result by early liaison with specialist departments concerning procurement processes and choice of suppliers.
  • Take the lead during negotiations for the relevant commodities.
  • Act interdisciplinary with Finance, Controlling & Legal topics etc. Purchasing process training.
  • Streamline purchasing process to increase synergies by bundling of PRs or set up of FCs to reduce low value orders and increase savings.
  • Preparation of sourcing preview to have a forecast and a current status about actual workload and capacity.
  • Choose proper purchasing strategy to guarantee the best result.
  • Identify procurement opportunities in the national as well as international market development.
  • Identify risks and threats in the national as well as international purchasing environment.
  • Evaluate the capabilities of existing suppliers for new tasks and develop suppliers with high potential.
  • Work within BMW global purchasing network to obtain best possible purchasing results, including connection to MG lead buyer.
  • Maintain the supplier database, responsible for supplier evaluation & assessment.
  • Support Senior Manager and act as stand-in, including budget forecast, and intern recruitment/supervision.
  • He/she takes and fulfils the additional tasks assigned by his/her line manager.
  • Other tasks assigned by line managers.


Qualification:
  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Working experience in international purchasing or automotive engineering area or marketing agency area.
  • Knowledge of cost analysis.
  • Competence of organizing supplier evaluations.
  • Knowledge of legal and tax/duty.
  • Knowledge of financial terms for purchasing contracts.
  • Excellent skills in MS office/ Access database, SAP is a plus advantage.
  • Proficient English in both writing and speaking.
  • Good at teamwork, especially within intercultural team.

职位3:区域销售经理 Area Manager Sales
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all sales relevant aspects of dealer performance under assigned geographical areas. The ultimate measure is:
Acting on behalf of BMW Brilliance and BMW China, taking overall leading responsibilities to be the main contact person for responsible dealerships in sales related issues
New car sales performance and qualitative target achievement
Dealer profitability in sales related part
Monitor dealers sales operating standards like stock management, financial situation, dealer personnel management
- Responsible for dealers’ manpower development in sales functions, e.g. certification target, retention
- Coordinate other sales functions, e.g. used car sales, fleet sales
- Collect market information and feedback to wholesale. Provides consistent and systematic input on competitive actions in the marketplace
- To co-ordinate with Marketing, Aftersales, CRM and Public Relation functions from target orientated perspective
- Advises the dealers in managerial and corporate matters
- Other assignments from wholesale side
Qualifications:
- University degree or above, majored in Economics, Management or Engineering related major
- 7-10 years area sales experience, automotive industry is preferred
- Sufficient area management / sales experience
- Extensive knowledge of market and service structure in the Chinese vehicle environment
- Experience in motor vehicle dealer retail operations
- Understanding of basic marketing concepts
- Fluent Chinese and English, both in written and oral
- Driver license
