关于1600的问题

大家好，今天我借此地向大家求教关于1600的问题！
我来德国时办理的是JUNGE KONTO没有SPARBUCH的，但是现在我的1600也被锁在里面了，不能提取，请问大家有什么办法吗，很急的说！
另外我想请问一下，我是在LEIPZIG签证的，可是我现在在其他的城市，我是否可以在我目前的城市的移民局办理解冻手续，还是必须回LEIPZIG去办理，另外大家知道这个证明的德语是什么吗！我在此先谢谢了，希望有过同样经历的朋友给予我帮助！！！

You can ask the local Deutsche Bank for a statement, saying that your Junges Konto is actually a limited banking account too and your 1600 Euro is blocked there.

If those guys in the bank don't know the procedures very well, you can ask them to call the guy in charge of this matter in Deutsche Bank, Hamburg. I'm sure that they have his telephone number. He is a nice guy. You can tell him your difficulties and let him give you a proof or something alike.

Then go to the foreigner office in the city where you are staying. With that statement you will have no problem in extending your visa.

Actually according to their new regulations we don't have to use the Sparkonto. Instead, every Chinese student will get the 'gesperrtes Junges Konto' as soon as he comes to Germany.

Every Deutsche Bank has the responsibility to deal with the deposit business in a branch bank of another city for the convenience of customers. If the guys in a branch are not very nice, you can go to another one and try to ask people there. Usually people in a suburb or small towns are more friendly.
