How to find a night language class

Hello everyone, I am new in Munich and work as internship. I want to find some night language classe, but do not know where to apply for.<br /><br />could anybody give some information? Thanks indeed.<br /><br />is it a must, that every student must take part in the level test before go to a certain degree class?
