ADAS vehicle function owner (m/f/d）

Responsibilities

• Function owner/responsible for ADAS functions, e.g. collision avoidance.
• Create new function requirements for EU, UK and US market based on the understanding of the market, internal marketing, benchmark, and countries regulation constraints.
• Ensure correct understanding and implementation of requirements
• Support validation to ensure high customer performance.
• Report project status and escalate blocking points to line manager and project manager.
• Ensure that launch quality is robust over a lifetime and fulfills customer expectations.
• Manage the necessary functions adaptation to the specific market (compliance, service, contents, regulations, customer expectation etc…) in collaboration with global team.  
• Participate on definition of ADAS and Autonomous driving strategies for Premium/Luxury segment vehicles.
• Promote and sponsor the creation of added value POC to demonstrate innovative ADAS solutions
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Computing science, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or similar
• At least 8 years of working experience in an ADAS development environment
• Experience with definition/requirement creation of ADAS functions.
• Knowledge on safety and comfort L2, AD L3/L4 functionalities
• Understanding of Safety-related issues with ADAS contents, and competence to conduct safety assessments according to ISO26262.
• Knowledge in ADAS related regulations and EU-NCAP requirements
• Technical understanding of Sensor technologies like Radar, LIDAR, HD Cameras, HD map, Ultrasonic.
• Clear understanding of Data Fusion algorithm, Pattern recognition, object recognition, Planning, and Decision SW.
• Have an “end to end systems” thinking view and be able to quickly identify and resolve gaps in requirements that can impact the execution of a function
• Enthusiasm to work in different cultures.

Vehicle AD Validation expert - (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Build up and lead the Lotus tech AD validation activity for data driven SW algorithm for comfort L2+ Navigation on Pilot, but also L3 function.
• Establish the strategy of the completed validation including the associated test cases linked to these functions: simulation SIL, HIL and vehicle level in order to ensure the highest test coverage and reliability of the functions.
• Manage the execution of the drive test.
• Collaborate with the global ADAS validation team to identify regional specific validation to be compliant of local driving rules, and regulation, and optimizing the validation strategy in term of cost and planning between what can be perform in China and in Europe.
• Define validation tactics, expedition route and associated budget.
• Ensure a frequent benchmark of our direct competitor to detect interesting new direction trend.
• Ensure a close daily collaboration with the software team with an appropriate methodology to raise performance improvement to be done and reach a high and smooth performance of the car trajectory.
• Report project validation status and escalate blocking point to line manager and project manager.

ADAS/AD HIL Validation leader - (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Build the necessary environment data to collect, and necessary simulation bench environment (open loop and close loop HIL) based on the ADAS/AD function performance requirement.
• Define the right data tool chain, data processing, data format, and simulation tool to perform the simulation.
• Define the necessary test case to be performed
• Build the KPI report for each of the functions of the AD/ADAS platform. Identify gap, or weaknesses of the system using Jira SW tool.
• Collaborate with the other AD/ADAS simulation team of Geely group (CEVT, VOLVO, LOTUS China Headquarter) to identify regional specific/complementary simulation to guarantee compliance to the local regulation and NCAP.
• Active participation as LOTUS TECH, on international AD/ADAS Alliance and Communities, seminar, forum to be aligned on latest trend and technologies on simulation, toolchain, and different validation strategy.
• Ensure a frequent benchmark of our direct competitor to detect interesting new direction trends.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of working experience in ADAS/AD simulation.
• Experience using DSPACE environment
• knowledge in Matlab or Model Desk(Dspace). Experience in RTmaps(dspace) is a plus
• Experience on L3/L4 simulation method is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the different data tools chain and pre-processing (anonymization, cleaning, labeling)
• Strong experience in the HIL simulation set-up

Vehicle ADAS_AD fleet and Validation project manager - (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Define with the validation, function owner, workshop team the vehicle fleet and validation strategy.
• Organize with the project the definition of the vehicle needed, quantity, and the timing to ensure that all the fleet is ready on time for all the European, UK or US activities.
• Ensure that the preparation of the vehicle is well taken into account, in term of equipment inside the car: Measurement laptop, logger, tracker, SW/HW definition, …
• Manage the sourcing of the service company and define the share of responsibility between them and Lotus Tech.
• Organize and lead the completed fleet execution for different purpose : data collection, validation or quality test.
• Define validation tactics and expedition route in taking lesson learn of the previous expedition.
• Define the budget, negotiate it with the headquarter, and ensure that it is respected during the year. All over or under consumption shall be reported to management.
• Ensure a frequent benchmark of our direct competitor to identify interesting new direction trend.

• At least 5 years of experience in ADAS development environment
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of vehicle fleet management.
• Experience in dealing with software traceability management.
• Experience in vehicle validation tool management and configuration (a minimum knowledge to use it is mandatory: Vector, BPlus, or DSpace or equivalent …)
• Experience in conducting vehicle expedition.
• Strong leadership in evaluating and managing validation supplier to execute defined test cases.  
• Experience in global team execution.
